07:00 Pick up at your Hotel, Riobamba or Baños.
08:15 Tour of the Baños waterfalls route.
08:30 Visit to the Agoyan waterfall viewpoint.
09:00 Tarabita at Manto de la Novia Waterfall
10:30 Visit to the bird's nest viewpoint in Mera.
11:30 Demonstration of typical jungle food in Puyo (eating chonta worms).
12:30 Visit to the Kichwa community.
13:30 Lunch.
14:00 Descent by canoe down the Puyo River.
15:00 Hike to the Hola Vida waterfall.
17:30 Visit the jungle viewpoint.
18:00 Return to Riobamba or Baños.
21:00 End of Tour.
